haha you serious ??? itd be harder to do it later in life as its be a real shock to your lifestyle but you can replace the protein in meat with dairy foods as i do, milk, cheese, eggs, whey, some yoghurt.. e.t.c, plenty of other protein sources out there

yeah mate always :D i have a lifting log on here if you ever wanna check out what i do.. Still a bit of work for the 200lb dip but i did a few reps of 165 the other week!

Hey mate don't worry there's a lot of factors that effect it, your bis were probably already toasted from the other work you did so to do heavy weighted pullups is a tough ask, plus you're probably heavier since you last tried. Sweet about the dips, I'll check the vid out tonight when I get home

yeah see how you feel on the day... hopefully stronger, if anything at least do the same weight as last time but hopefully you can hit a few extra weights :D

haha veg heavyweight sounds real good to me mate :D yeah the gif was good at the time, i was tiny though haha.. you with another 10lbs in arms n shoulders would be awesome.

nah mate we cant ever be done, if we got to that stage then what would motive us to go lift! :p im def not a powerlifter haha just lifting heavy to try and put on size :D

ah ok. Training is going real good now, came off a long cut a couple of months ago and now ready to start going seriously hard and heavy.. pack on more size and represent the vegetarians =)

hey lol nah mate id say ur pretty close to my size! few big ppl in geelong im sure :p i was cutting last time, got to 87kg, now im 105.. bulk one more month then cut up again should look better.

hey mate nah im not really into the comics, i was big into the x-men cartoons though hence my username and the spiderman pic was just done cause it was about the time the movie came out and i was bored and playing with photoshop :p

hey mate. Thanks for the comments. Training is going amazing lately, loving it, so dont ever let anyone tell you our diet is a problem :) Good luck with it, im not as strict as you i could never go vegan, i love my dairy and eggs e.t.c... just try and get the protein and calories you need in general, lift hard and you will go places.
