When I Started: Feb 2011
HOW I STARTED:

Couldn't stand being so weak and out of shape so I cut some the distractions out and got my ass in the gym!

WHY I LOVE IT:

There's nothing greater than to be able to visually see and feel the results of hard work and become healthier at the same time. I dream about working out every night lol
