This was taken before I became a firefighter. After seeing this picture I committed to changing my self image.
This was taken as part of my photoshoot for the calendar. Its not the picture they used but it is one of my favorites.Here I weighed 205 lbs. with 10% body fat.
I want to get my body fat into the single digits. The closest I have come is 10% but can never get past that.
Goal (Long):
I want to have my abs back. Last year I was featured in The South Florida Fire Fighters Calendar as Mr September 2009. I kind of burnt myself out getting there so after the calendar I kind of let myself go. Right now Im at about 18% body fat. I need to get the abs back in full swing!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

8%

Says you do cardio 5 times a week at 30 min sessions. Is that an adequate amount of time per session. Usually i do a full hour before workout for the most part. Think i should cut it back a bit and focus on muscle building or stretch routines? I want the six pack lol
