What Mr.Scorpio Is Up To:
Aug 29, 2009
Mr.Scorpiois inspired by FitnesschickDom. Reason: "THis lady is sexy, and energetic so say the least, and constantly pursuing a goal. Her drive and her body is amazing. "
Just hanging out at the barracks. This was taken years ago but I'm a hard gainer. I was about 165 in this photo and stayed that weight until about October of 2007 when I decided I felt like weighing...I don't know...MORE!
My Platoon Sergeants never looked this good! What?! I worked for it, I'm allowed to like it.
If at first you don't succeed, you're still better than the ones who never tried.
Goal (Long):
Well I didn't hit 200.lbs, I got to 197 at the most and finally ended this cycle at 194. Now it's time to start cardio and work my way down from about 12% to 5%. Let's do it!!!
Well it's been a year, and the day is fast approaching when I'm supposed to take my wife to the beach (a real beach, not this great lakes bullshit). I was training simply to feel better and I wanted to have a nice beach bod and then right on the last phase of training i get injured.
