thanks for the comment! I am NOT the poster child for proper nutrition, lol...It is hard for me to put on weight regardless of what i eat..so I guess it is a balance between a ton of calories and supplementation. great triceps man!!

You're welcome, and thanks for the encouragement, buddy! Yeah, I took care to eat clean while I bulked... except for some periods over holidays where I just ate whatever here and there. I hope to really pack on some mass next time I bulk. LOL... I hate cardio, and I'm sick of cutting! Great back in the avitar, bro!
