Workout Program:
I have a fairly set work out that works well, but I still vary and change it around as much as possible. Right now, (since I have the wild hair to lean out) I'm doing 4-6 days a week. I do 25-35 minute of cardio at medium intensity, the about 45 minutes of weight training. I usually do 3 days on, one day off, then repeat.

Day one:
Back, Shoulders, and Biceps

Day two:
Legs

Day three:
Chest and Triceps

Day four:
Off

Then I start again with a completely different work out for the same body parts. The variation helps alot, but we all know that diet is the key!
