When I Started:
How I Started:
My dad always worked out, doing odd things. I just fell into it in 8th grade looking for something to do. It wasn't until a year ago that I really took it seriously; reading, experimenting, trying everything out to see what worked. Now I'm known around my friends as some sort of guru, ha.
Why I Love It:
It's something that's a constant in your life. You can feel like the accomplishments you made were great, even if you never let anyone know that you did them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like this is part of my character now; if I didn't do it, it means something's wrong. Also, I've been training my friends the past couple months, so I feel as if I'm making them do hard-ass shit, I'd be a hypocrite if I wasn't pushing myself as well
BB Accomplishments:
Hm, I dunno. Every goal I hit seems pretty minor after awhile. Hitting 200 in squat, then 250, then 270, and hopfully in a couple of months I'll have 315 under my belt.
Forum Signature:
I only seem like I know what I'm talking about, because I only talk about things that I know about.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Focus on strength. You'll just get frustrated when your ideal physique doesn't pop out as soon as you want it to. Strength is simple, concrete, and motivating.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Hm, maybe Mike Mahler. Not obnoxiously big, but powerful looking. Also, he's a vegan :D
thanks, i go to a non-profit weight loss group called T.O.P.S. take of pounds sensibly. i gotta eat more veggies to lose more weight. keep up the good work.
About $100/month. It's the cheapest decent gym and it's about a hundred steps away from my flat. (sucks how expensive everything is here)
Anyways, I just found out my BF% is 23%! It's awful! I have to cut down on my carb intake then, that's for sure!
haha you're sense of humour brother ! Actually u got awesome body. I think it's doesn't matter if u used photoshop or not. You're totally nice lol take care, Moslem
Hey bro, thanks for the comment. I know if I had sticked to my gym membership I'd be looking much bigger now. But as they say, it's not bad progress for someone doing bodyweight exercises. You're looking massive as well. Chest is looking thick and midsection is improving. Good luck, happy holidays! Don't eat too much during the festive season. :-)
Yeah, I guess people got tired of the no homo thing. Or people got tired of the people who do the no homo thing. Either way I'm proud my page is clean and "no homo"-free. Hahaha.
