How I Stay Motivated: Because I know I can get to what I use to be back in 1996.
BB Accomplishments: From 1995 to 1996 I was 255lbs with less than 12% body fat. I was the biggest and most fit I had ever been at that time. Sadly I was in a car accident that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months and a neck brace for another 6 months after that. My weight went from 255 down to 145 in only months.

Harder arms Getting thicker
My Biceps are up about 2.5 inches and my arm all the way around is completely rock hard.  Photo taken June 6th at my gym. I'm really starting to feel thicker and also noticed a lot more head turns when I walk into a bar or store etc.
