try drop sets, they will give u mass because its hard work but will also get ya lean due to the energy and work u have to put in. try it on all ur body parts trust me its a bitch but u will feel good once the results come in

see i play football and its important for me to gain uscle and maintain weight and speed as the same time, plus theres some areas id like to work more on.

what it do bro?
all i do is one body part a day except on chest days where ill do chest and tris together.
all the basic exercises but ill try and do em 5x10 most of the time i wont reach the end cuz im too tired, but if u can do it big up to u.

hey what does ur abs work out look like i cant find anything that will make em burn, n im not sure bout my diet, wat should i eat to stay ripped?
