FINALLY!! starting to see some results. . .after losing some of body fat and increasing muscle mass a lil bit lost a 1/2 inch off my waist.
I want to compete next year.....I have to build the body for it!
Goal (Long):
I think my main goal is to always get bigger and more defined. If I could get to a ripped 210 then I'll want to get to a ripped 215 and so on!!! Never thought about doing any kind of competing or modeling, but I would love to have the type of body where that would be an option for me.
for the first time in more than 5 months i was back in the gym yesterday. dang it felt good (other than the fact that everyone i saw was like....dude where ya been). another thing that i noticed is that i actually held my own. after comparing myself to the guys that's been going to the...
I'm supposed to leave the office and get on it myself. With the four hours of sleep though, I'm not all there. Debating on whether to use some superpump 250 to cure this problem or go home, take a nap, and do it later or shoot for tomorrow.
My weekend was great!!!! Hell my week was great!! Last week i tried a total body workout 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week alternating days..... total body is not for me and my schedule. But i completed feeling exhausted and proud of myself. At the end of this month i'll be posting more pics. This week i'm back to working one muscle with 5 different exercises and doing cardio after for an hour. How was yours?

Hey handsome I'm good! Thanks for checking up on me! My daughter is engaged now but they haven't set a date and my son is away for the summer working, I'm going to see him this w/e. He will be graduating college in the spring with a double major, taking a break then going to graduate school. How's your new family doing?
Training is great. Yesterday I bench pressed 75lbs! I was so proud of myself my boyfriend was there to spot me just in case, but i didn't even need the spot. I feel so strong. I see a diff in my face my arms and chest. Just have to keep up the cardio and get rid of baby belly. She's 5 years old by the way LMAO! No more excuses for me....
