Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I always played every sport i could growing up including football, swimming, running and skateboarding. I got a set of weights for one xmas and slowly started from there! At first I didn't have a clue, but slowly I started to research both training and nutrition and realised what I was doing wrong. It was after this I started to make decent gains.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Its something that you can never finish, there is always something to be improved. For example take Jay Cutler, this guy is one the biggest if not THE biggest man in the world. But every year there is something he always tries to improve on, whether its size or more recently his conditioning.

My Motivation Program

There are alot of reasons I'm so motivated. One is for some reason in my head I have a goal of what I want my physique to be and I will not stop until I hit that goal. Other sources of motivation are anytime I get some sort of compliment or seeing results, no matter how big or small they are they make feel good and make you want to push even harder!
