How I Started:
Well when i was towards the end of the school year i had stepped on a scale and the scale read 295 and in my head i was like this is the house scale imagine what a precise scale would be so at that point i decided i had to loose weight and i started to ride my bike around the local track and progress my way into running a couple of laps until i lost about 60 lbs the weight fluctuated the next couple of yrs but in 07 i got it under control and started to make a big improvement to get down to 220 then i started workin out but only with my body weight i.e pushups pullups dips until i mastered mah body weight in 08 i didnt start lifting until october of 08 and now im down to 210 wit 13.8%(or less)body fat and plan to get that lower by august
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives you such a rush and it energizes you to push yourself to your limits and you can always switch it up very easily i also love it because you really do notice the change when girls start looking at you different or guys tell you to put your shirt on but dont say fat boy after the fact
How I Stay Motivated:
if i start to loose my drive i just dig around for an old picture of me or look at a guy who i believe has a better body for me and i aim to make gains one way or another
BB Accomplishments:
i think when i was able to push up 315 for the first time was a huge one for me or when i could squat 5 plates on each side for 7 reps hmm im not sure
