Yeah man, knee wraps are good! I also use them on my elbows when I bench heavy too, b/c I kept hurting my left elbow. They help out a ton!

Yeah, leg press doesn't bother my knee at all. Even when I try to squat with 135lbs, it feel like my knee is tearing apart and hurts like hell! Even if I wrap them. I think it has to do with the angle difference between the too exercises.

Yeah, my leg workouts consists of, Leg Press, Leg Extenstions, Lying Leg Curls, Seated Leg Curls, and Leg Abductions

I can't squat at all.. I have popped my left hip out 7 times doing squats and my right knee cartilage is all tore apart. I also don't deadlift for the same reason, I might do rack deadlifts sometimes though

To be honest with you, just lift heavy and eat a lot of CLEAN food. I have been lifting for 12 years now and have gotten better gains in the last 4 months than I have in 5 years! Give 2 scoops of MRI's Black Powder before you workout a try man, I seriously LOVE this stuff and my gains have been AMAZING!

Yeah bro, it has been a LONG time! We should get together and train sometime. I joined the Akron/Canton Animal Barbell Club and we all get together about every month or 2 and train, you should come along sometime, its a good time! I have been adding a ton of size and getting ready to start cutting down with hopes of doing a few shows in the fall. Hit me up sometime!
