How I Started:
I was a freshman in high school when I decided it was time for a change. Weighing 260lbs w/ ZERO muscle, I was really fat and disgusting. I felt horrible. In my gym class we had a push up test half way trough the semester and I could only do 10! I swore by the end of the year I would do more and I did, 60!!! So I started w/ push-ups and sit-ups everyday and lost 30lbs that semester in school. By the time I graduated HS I weighed 205lbs and when I started college I weighed 197lbs and had some abs, and then discovered beer and gained 30lbs of fat by T-giving and now I no longer drink alcohol. I have put on a TON of muscle since then and have been serious for the last 4 years! Now it's time to get RIPPED!

Why I Love It:
It is my whole life outside of work and my family! It has done so much for me I can't even begin to explain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read Bodybuilding.com, Musclemania.com, and remember what I used to look like and never want to return to. Also, getting some responses on here helps out big time! I am not use to being around other guys bigger than me @ my gym so getting feedback from people who are serious about working out is awesome!
BB Accomplishments:
Transforming myself from a 260lb FAT A$$ when I was 15 years old to what I am today!

Winter workout 2008 is about to change again because I'm joining a new gym that has Hammer Strength equpiment! I'm so damn excited! Gettin jacked in 2008!
Hello there, I hope things are going well for you in the muscle world. Me, I probably killed my arms in the gym last friday cuz I decided to start working out again, and I think I overdid it because my biceps are still in MUCH pain so I can't go back for a while ^^ Keep up the good work cuz you're really inspirational....I'm working on it =)
