I did athletics as a kid, when i reached 15 years old i joined a gym to put on muscle. After 3-4 years i got bit by the bodybuilding bug, and ive been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love to be able to improve my apperance thru hard work and dieting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Shortime goals, be it strenght or size or definition.
My goal is to compete in the 2008 Norwegian Championship. That would be my second contest ever.
Goal (Long):
I did my first contest in October 2006. The class was classic bodybuilding. I came in hard, but a bit light so i need to gain at least 5kg. Gaining that kind of weight takes time, so ive decided not to compete this year, but stay offseason until mid 2008 before dieting down again.
Im doing a doggcrapp workout. It is a 2 split, where you train mon-wed-fri every week. You do it in a rotation of three different days per split. Meaning i do the same exercises every other week. My exercise choice looks like this:
