Hey Connie I wanted to check in with you, see how things are progressing. I read your web-site Log looks like your headed in the right direction bud. If there's anything I can offer in the way of advise or motivation just let me know, and thanks for the honor of being one of your inspirations.
Conny, it is an honor to be one of your inspirations! It means a lot to me when others look to me as a positive example of what the healthy and fit lifestyle is about. Thank you for your support! Troy
Thanks for the kudos and the add. Fortunately 40 is still very young in fitness terms. You've already trimmed up a lot. In fact, you can still do a lot more in the next year. Just be consistent and it will happen!
age is nothing my friend, my workout partner is 54, he started 3 years ago and his progress is unreal..
Thank you for the compliment, stay in touch.
Steve
Thanks! Good luck to you. If you work hard; educate yourself and apply what you learn about fitness and nutrition you'll progress well. It's all about time and effort. DO IT, man!!!!
Thanks for the comment. I am loving it all so far and about to do my 2nd set of progress photos. You have made unbelievable progress...well done on the smoking..i know it's hard.
You're right, to get good results and keep progressing or even keep the progress you make it does require a lifestyle change. It can be hard at first, but you grow accustom to it. It's always time and effort to eat right and train hard, but over time it's not as hard - at least for me I enjoy training now. I guess eating well is still tough. Good luck, bud.
