Sorry about long reply, haven't checked my page in a while.
Trainings not good. I've been consistant and seen MINIMAL gains, talking like 2lb in the last 3 months, pretty annoying. Strength is on a plateu too.
How about yourself?

Ones a bit small, and the other has a tiny window so hardly no light gets let in and the light itself is above me and casts shadows over all of me practically lol

Damn good progress for 2 months.
I used to do boxing, but I had to give that up because of braces on my teeth, kinda sucks considering how gooder shape I was in back then.
What's your diet like if ya dont mind me asking?

At the moment I don't deadlift. I squat and bench on a smith machine. I'll be changing gyms once my exams are over in june-ish.

Yeah I do get that, kind of a bloated full feeling. You get used to it. Diarrhea I haven't had though, I have been going to the toilet more, but thats understandable lol.

Well I started properly eating yesterday. I did consume around 3500 calories yesterday but only because I ate chocolate and had 2 cheeseburgers from macdonalds :) Not sure if i'll be able to meet it always though.

I might substitute like my sandwiches for some pasta and meat chunks or something like the Pre workout. But yeah, thanks for the tips. Ill look into creatine too, heard nothing but good from it.

I tried the home-made shakes but I couldn't stand drinking them I felt so ill and it took me 20 minutes of brushing my teeth to get the taste of PB out lol.
I might start taking it. How much water do you drink a day? I dont drink much, a litre if that, and I heard that you get bad stomach cramps if you don't drink enough with it.

I just had a look at your pics, getting decent progress that I can see. I got my starting pictures up, ill stick some more up in around 5 weeks or so.
One question, how do you manage to eat so much? I have a few foods written down that will get me to 3400 cals a day not including my dinner, but I only manage to eat around 2500 or so I cant seem to make myself feel hungry enough to eat more.
Also, do you take creatine? I'm looking into it.

I bought it on the Friday Ad website. Found a guy selling 50kg worth of BodySculpture weights, brand new, just moving house so doing a clearout and he only wanted £15. My sisters boyfriend is a Courier driver so he managed to pick them up for me on his job which saved the petrol for the trip there and back, fortunately it was only about 100 miles there and back.
Another message, gone over limit lol.

It's called Bulking for ectomorphs. It's basically a Push/Pull routine. Push on Monday and Thursday. Pull on Tuesday and Friday. So I get the best of both. Seems good. Feel it already only been doing it a week.
I just bought 50kg worth of plates today and a 10kg bar for only £15 online. When I get my squat stands i'll be read to do everything I need at home.

Sounds good dude.
I'm looking to do what your doing with the home gym. Buying aload of weight plates lately. Haven't been training. Taken a 2 weeks break so my body can get used to my new diet before I start up for real. Im doing a different program atm. Hopefully it'll go well. Doing it at the gym atm on a Smith machine, but once I get enough weights ill do it all at home on a free bar
