Overall Goal: My goal is to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain some muscularity by May 22, 2010 (want to go from 235 @ 19% to 220 @ 12% ... or better). That's the first goal.

The right music puts me in the right frame of mind ... but what keeps things interesting to me is reading about the success of others, and learning about what they had to overcome to achieve their goals.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain some muscularity by May 22, 2010 (want to go from 235 @ 19% to 220 @ 12% ... or better). That's the first goal.
Goal (Long):
In the past, I have been in great shape and I know what it takes to achieve it. A series of life changes knocked me off-track, and now I need to get back to my previous fit lifestyle.
Things are different with my life now, and there are more obstacles in getting to the gym. But, my upcoming wedding and honeymoon are coming in May 2010 and will be a great motivator to get me out of the rut that I am in.
I want to get back in shape, get back to a 34" waist, and gain back some of the muscularity that I used to have.
I'm currently a shadow of my former self, but I will be coming out of the dark over the next 7 or 8 months.
Anyone who pulls off an amazing transformation inspires the hell out of me ... and yeah, she's hot. But, you HAVE to see her before pic to see where she started. Truly inspiring.
