When I Started:
How I Started:
Grandfather bought me 2 lb. weights at 2 years old! Started working out at neighboors house at 8. Got my first bench press and free weights at 10. Started reading Muscle & Fitness and FLEX before I was a teen. Got my first gym membership at 12! Started taking creatine, glutamine, amino acids, protein and weight gainer at 13! By age 14 I already had the best body in the gym! The rest is history!

Why I Love It:
I love the progress you can make. Increasing weights, dropping fat, building muscle. The challenge, the dedication. Plus I have great genetics for it and got a really good headstart.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm staying motivated right now by the awesome people here on BodySpace.com!
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any accomplishments yet but I'd like to get a supplement and/or modeling contract.
I need to get this, so I can mantain all of the hard work and sacrifice that I've put into obtaining my body! It's not going to be easy to do and I need all of the help I can get!
I was born to two mesomorphs, both of which had great genetics. My father was a bodybuilder and so was my grandfather. At just 2 years old my grandfather bought me my first set of weights! 2 iron 2 lb. dumbbells! I guess this makes me one of the youngest weight lifters of all-time! ...
MAaaaaaan you are a JOKE!!!! You're talking like you have the best body in the world. Saying all this crap about how you are a phenom, and that you're gonna model...MAAAN you are FAT and you have a horrible body! You know how I know, because of your comments of "oh you have an awesome back" to someone who DOESN'T have an awesome back, and because you're too much of a BITCH to show that HORRENDOUS body of yours....you aren't even cut in that pic with LIGHTING!
If you think so poorly of Optimum's BCAA product, which BCAA product would you recommend if any? Just curious because others seem to rate it pretty highly.
How's it going? Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm back up and running now though... Anyways- front squats and deadlifts are my favorite leg builders combined with HIIT for cutting them up. Front squats really helped with separation as well. Let me know how your quest for a supp/modeling contract is going. I'm trying to go down the same path but I don't even know where to start!
powerlifting training squating benching and deadlifting.assistance training shrugs.on smith machine and free weights for everything else. down 5 kgs now too. i cant post pics yet but i will
