I would like to gain 15lbs of muscle by the end of the summer.......then I will be larger than my training partner ABS (And he would never be able to catch up).
Goal (Long):
For most of my life the only sport I ever participated in was soccer (No Hops), so naturally I have always been lean and thin. I look back at old pics of myself and I was so skinny you could see my food digesting from the outside. One day I was fed up with my roommate dissing about my size I gave in an started going to the gym with him. I didn't have a membership and didn't plan on joining either, but after $15 a visit and seeing that initial pump all over I was hooked. I joined and from that day forward I was determined to continually increase my strength and size............or until it becomes to expensive to replace my wardrobe.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
Upcoming Contest:
Local NPC event................................... ..........one day in the distant future.
TWO WEEKS! I haven't seen the inside of a gym or even attempted one push-up. I feel like a slug, and not to mention the just built a Dunkin Donuts next to my job:( I want to go, but the winter months are dreadful. I hate gettin out in the cold not to mention my job is super stressful...
Monday-Legs~I generally go heavy, because I'm a hardgainer.
Tuesday-Chest~I do 4 or 5 exercises; not too heavy due to a motorcycle accident.
Wednesday-Back~I LOVE BACK DAY....I usually make my workout partner quit.
Thursday-Arms~This day takes alot of motivation to...
We have a "cafetaria" in my work building. They have this rich, triple chocolate chip (white, milk & dark), fudge cookie that is to die for. I haven't had one since nov/dec of last year. Still craving it though. Instead I'm munchin' on celery... :(
Yes I did...but there are only so many NPC judges in NC....didn't want to dig a whole 4 myself..Just tried to be a good sport about the situation. Pictures don't lie, so I know I prepared and did everything I needed to do for this show..but in figure you just never know.
Cool, glad ur not the only one, I had the same problem when I tried the other day 2 upload pics. I got 2nd in Class B. There were 15 competitors in my class. Was somewhat disappointed, will discuss mnore in my blog!
Have you seen my before pics? What do you think that motivated me to go to the gym almost every day? I mean how bad can it be? Besides...it's only temporary since you'll be damn hot after you get your butt into the gym. LOL How was your weekend? Any plans for halloween?
I use to not even be able to run for a minute with out losing my breath. lol I started running in April of this year. I'm really proud of my self. I ran 9 and 1/2 today. That is the furthest I have ever ran. Took me 8 months to get to this point. I guess thats not bad. I don't know anyone that runs. hahaha Have a nice week.
Hey there, I weigh 165 right now, I'm pretty lean. I might drop a few more pounds maybe, whatever it takes. Cutting is very mentally taxing, that's why I'm hardly on here anymore lol, I need to relax more. Good luck to you.
