Background
Although I have always been an active and somewhat fit person (heavy fruits and vegetable diet since childhood) I played ice hockey since age 12 and been studying Martial Arts since I was 6. It wasn't until my friend gave a guest pass to his gym - David Barton Gym in Chicago - that I started weight training. Until then I had never lifted or had a good amount of muscle (toned). But dude when I got in the Gym, I was HOOKED!!! Burning fat and working hard gets me soooooooo pummmpped!!!! Been hooked since and don't plan on stopping
Because it is the ultimate natural high. I feel better after a hard work-out, in and out. Simply put my sole goal in life is to be the best spiritually, mentally, physically, and professionally that is possible for a human. Bodybuilding helps all aspects: one has to have the heart and mental toughness to train hard, and overcoming a results plateau and breaking through walls helps one to do the same in business. Everything is connected.
