I used to be a professional Polynesian dancer. I had the moves, but not quite the body to match. Thankfully one of my co-workers introduced me to the iron. The rest, as they say, is history...
Why I Love It:
It's a personal battle. There's no room for excuses. What I see in the mirror is a direct reflection of my joy, my pain, and my desire.
How I Stay Motivated:
The lovers and the haters both fuel my fire. And I hate losing.
BB Accomplishments:
Three out of four first place finishes, baby! Once as a teen, once as a novice lightweight, and once in the open lightweight division. My last competition I didn't fare as well, but I guess you win some you lose some.

I'm going back to the drawing board... and by drawing board I mean steak and freeweights.
Goal (Long):
I want to win not only my weight class, but an overall title. In the near future I would like to be a KNOWN national level competitor. If I could make a little coin on the side, that would be a bonus considering I do this everyday for free.
I go by instinct. I like to switch things up from time to time and keep my body guessing.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I want the conditioning of Bruce Lee. He was striated and vascular from head to toe. Just add about 60 lbs of muscle.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Shawn Ray, Dexter Jackson, and Stan Mcquay. All of them have symmetrical bodies with great conditioning and the mass to match. Everything just flows... like works of art.
My workouts will vary all the time. I rely mostly on instinct and what I see in the mirror. I will usually do 3 to 4 exercises per bodypart, with 3 working sets each, in a rep range between 10-12. This is what my typical split looks like:
Day 1: Quads, Hams, and Abs
Day 2: Chest...
