Where do you find healthy recipes to try?

The only thing that stinks might be having to wait for equipment to be available.

Recently I weighed myself for the last few days before I hit the treadmill and then again right after I finished to see how much weight I lost.

 There's a saying of 3,500 calories = a pound.

Thats not refferring to fat.

It might refer to muscle mass but I dont know for sure at...

Monday:
Treadmill
5K to 5 Miles including a 3 minute cooldown at 4.5 MPH
(23 minutes minimum. 1 hour maximum. Including the 3 minute cooldown)

I liked your blog on the incline press. I personally perform my sets the way Lou Ferrigno did in Pumping Iron. He didn't lock out; in fact he went just above half way, I assume because he wanted to keep the emphasis on the pec muscle fibers rather than transfer to anterior delts and triceps
