Me a year and a half ago. Arms out 181lbs 5.25% 3-30-09
Here is a picture of me from about a year and a half ago. I have come a long way since then. I was 225 way too heavy and only liked to lift weights. Had all but given up on diet or the prospect of ever being lighter again.
I just love this pose and finally look the way I want to doing it.

I gained a little bit too much over the holidays. Now I have to bring it back down. I also aggravated my shoulder so I have to concentrate on cardio anyway.

This is me relaxed, I had a nice 6 pack just a few months ago, really have to work them back out from under that fat. AAAAUUUUGGGGGHHHH!!
