I would add on about 250 calories to your day for a week and see if you notice anything if not then add another 250 then stay there until you stagnate on gains or notice you are accumulating fat. I normally make my adjutments in 250 calorie increments.

I am a follower of the lower carp higher healthy fat mentallity. Carbs and I just do not agree. I take in carbs post workout only. Try multiplying your weight by 13 and let that be your caloric starting point. Keep your carbs around 100-150 grams a day, 100 on non workout days and see what happens.

I had some second hand training in American Karate for 4 years as a child. My best friend and his Dad came home and we practiced what they learned. From 13-14 I took Wu Shu then began Bushi Ban Karate and MMA about 2 years ago. I had shoulder surgery and was out for a while then got back in and then severely srained my ankle and could not train. So now I am back in again just starting back. However, my Sensei says I am naturally gifted so I really want to compete now.
