Workout Program:
I do two full body routines 3 times a week
I alternate between them on tuesday,thursday and saturday
Workout 1 is based on back and bicep and workout 2 is more for chest and tricep

Workout 1
Pull ups
Squats
Bench
Rows
Barbell Curls
Deadlifts


Workout 2
Dips
Leg Press
bench press
Shoulder press
Crunches
tricep press
