I was just looking around the internet when i stumbled acroos this website and I was instantly Hook On the Sport.Also I was tierd of being pushed about because i was small.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of it.I love to think about what i Will Look like in 10 years Time.
well I am just starting my milk bulk and i have already strarted to gain weight.My initial thoughts are that it is just water weight but once i start to settle down into it i think that i will add some fat.
So far i have been consuming 1500-2000calories/64gramsprotein from milk a day
I do two full body routines 3 times a week
I alternate between them on tuesday,thursday and saturday
Workout 1 is based on back and bicep and workout 2 is more for chest and tricep
