Been partying, and trying to be in peak physical condition for years. Couple years back, I peaked out in partying but hit rockbottom in my physical condition. Now more than ever, I'm committed to my health and fitness and would like to be in the best shape of my life! I go to the gym regularly and complete my workouts but I've lost that enthusiasm I had in the past. Working out has become somewhat dull, probably due to the fact I no longer balance it out with partying. I wanna be able to stay focused and fully enjoy my workouts in spite of the fact that I won't be going out for drinks later on. Ultimately, I would like to weigh 155-165 with 5% bodyfat.
Brokski here seems like a real dude. I admire his straight edge lifestyle, which reinforces my own. Dude's got one of the best physiques on Bodyspace. Good ****, man!
lol i meant grow it out to a stacked a-line bob. i cut it off really short and i still have a bunch of layers to grow in but it's in the basic shape (finally) now. an a-line bob is long in the front and short in the back, kinda like a reverse mullet haha.
ya it's $$$ to live in SF isn't it?
Synvisc is hyaloronic acid and is basically joint fluid replacemt NOT cartilige filler. Shots
are good for about a year. Catching is one symptom of a torn meniscus. So is inability to get full ROM. ud need an MRI to know for sure. Good luck!
I do get synvisc injections. This is like a lube job for the knee: joint fluid loses viscosity as we age
and I have some arthritis in one knee
pretty bad where it was fraying the lateral meniscus. No surgery as it's not torn enough they say to warrant it.
Got it. I like nutrional info an ways to supplement through the diet than wasting all our money on b.s. supplements. The Knees - there is nothing other than strengthening around that joint. How are ur hamstrings? How well is your flexibility in ur legs esp. the hams? Taking off to the gym hav a good one!
thx, genes and I stay out of the sun. 3 to 4 hrs. is fine but the handmaster, look for in my video area, that thing $20 bucks and it repaired my wicked tennis elbow. ALWAYS better if you can repair damage through training. I lik the fact u said the G/C/MSM helped but pic one of those up, keep near a desk and use this a few times a wk. You will never have an issue again - unless u do somethng stupid.
yes, I am 42 and all my photo's accept the classroom and wedding photo one are recent. Thx. If the dogs walks better, that would probably be enough since not muc placebo can occur. Insurance policy, yeah I think that is pretty much where i am at as well. Just make sure you take the amt. and spread it out that I posted in the comment area.
1st ques: if it works for a dog, how do we know? 2nd: animals have been know many times to have diff. reactions than humans. you need to spread out the Gluc/Cond/MSM through the day to absorb it properly, RDA is 1800 mg., won't notice if it is working till after 6 mths., no conclusive evidence that it or anything we have avail. to us now "repairs joints". Not true. Maybe some day. Up your H20 intake, hydration that helps jts.
The number comes from research conducted by Sports Nutrionists. This was directly from Dr. Dan Benardot, nationally acclaimed nutritionist who is on the Olympic committee for managing diets. I am reading alot about MSM (overloading that) but I have not had time yet to get to the bottom. You jus have to see if what you are taking now "seems" to feel better if not, ditch it.
