Quads & Hamstrings
Chest & Back
Off
Shoulders
Arms
Off

Repeat.
Cardio on off days.

Rest when my body tells me to.

Right now, I do not have a timely schedule for abs & calves. I throw them in whenever my energy is full and my body can cope with it. I am still easing myself back from injury.

Abs and calves at 2 ~ 3 times a week.
