After my back injury, did a body cleanse in April. Starting at 198lbs, down to 180'ish mid August 09. Start of September doing a clean bulk, training hard with a new workout partner and looking forward to seeing what I accomplish. Feeling healthy
I've gained quite a bit of mass since this summer. Just want to keep going. I've realized that things won't happen as quickly as I want, but the journey is a satisfying one. I'll keep hitting it hard!
