As for abs, I would go on youtube and look up the ab ripper x video from p90x. i do that thing 3 times a week and its the truth bro, it beats any other ab workout ive done yet. If you wanna see the defenition i suggest 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week and a healthy diet, then youl really start etching out your abs

If your talking about chest ide say 12 good sets is sufficient never do more then 16 or you will be over doing it. If you want size stay in the 7-10 rep rande if you want form and cut, stay within 10-15 reps. I would switch your chest routine every 6 to 8 weeks to keep it fresh as well

You dont wanna do pushups every day, you need to give your chest time to rebuild once you hit it. If you have a chest routine in your workout schedule at least once a week then you dont need to do extra. Pushups are a great way to switch it up once your chest routine gets stale, but the object is to work the muscle out to exhaust then let it fully rebuild before you do it again yo
