My father was a long term weight lifter and I was a little guy in my young teens so basically I was looking to change that.
Why I Love It:
Working out is the only activity that makes me happy no matter what state of mind I am in, Its like theropy to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont need that much outside motivation because the act of weight lifting makes me happy, but looking at pictures of guys that look how I want to look keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 12 punds of muscle in the last year and a half.
