My current macronutrient profile for bulking is: 51% carbs, 24% fat, 25% protein, heavy on the weights, HIIT training My current macronutrient profile for cutting is: 42% carbs, 35% fat, 23% protein, easy on the weights, no HIIT training You don't liook like you're doing so bad with your own diet.
