Continue to hit nutritional goals and put every ounce of energy into each workout so they can be as INTENSE as can be.
Goal (Long):
I am leaning down now but to only show the muscle development that I have worked so hard for. Once I reach 10-15% BF I am going to try and build muscle but not the way I have tried before by eating 4,500 - 5,000 calories per day to achieve it. My focus is opposite of how I had been driving towards over the last couple of years which was to bulk up and then lean down.
Starting to show a little definition in the abs due to my dieting practices over the last couple of months. Pretty pumped about it actually. A few people have told me to watch how much I lean down and not get too carried away with it. I am very cautious in what I do to my body for the most part...
Thanks Ecto...I'm doing great...trying to stay focused and balanced at the same time. Not so easy, you know for us Mommies. How are things with you...anything new in the gym?
