Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Continue to hit nutritional goals and put every ounce of energy into each workout so they can be as INTENSE as can be.
Goal (Long): I am leaning down now but to only show the muscle development that I have worked so hard for. Once I reach 10-15% BF I am going to try and build muscle but not the way I have tried before by eating 4,500 - 5,000 calories per day to achieve it. My focus is opposite of how I had been driving towards over the last couple of years which was to bulk up and then lean down.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Starting to show a little definition in the abs due to my dieting practices over the last couple of months. Pretty pumped about it actually. A few people have told me to watch how much I lean down and not get too carried away with it. I am very cautious in what I do to my body for the most part...
