How I Started: My school started an open conditioning program decided to go for it. Blew my coaches away. Impressed by my progression.
Why I Love It: I love it because of what it does to your body. It boosts my confidence and I like to be the only freshman almost in the 1k club. Im at 920 and the closest person to me as a frshman is like 743.
How I Stay Motivated: I get on sites like this and listen to other people. I also look at uperclass men or I look at a football trophy.
BB Accomplishments: I have beat my max of 100 last year and now I am a currnt 150lb max in benchpress.
