I will drop my body fat to low double digits. I will establish a body weight of 160 lbs. My body will appear noticeably more defined, particularly around the abdomen.
Looking for 5% body fat.
Gaining muscle while loosing fat.
Inspired by other people has helped me accomplish a lot of my goals. I would like to return the favor.
