Sep, 2001
How I Started:
I started because I hated being belittled by my larger older brother, and to help straighten out my back. As soon as I got a few complements I was hooked
Why I Love It:
The harder you work, and the longer, you only can get better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing a strong body makes for a strong mind. Being around great lift buddies! That and when you are sure that your girlfriend is better looking then you, it gets your @ss in that gym, and under the iorn. Plus music helps like Rammstein/ Slipknot/ Disturbed, and Dope.

What MrDurden Is Up To:
Nov 13, 2009
MrDurdenchanged Weight from 154 lbs. to 149.5 lbs., a 4.5 lb. loss in 48 days
So i have been eating under 150g of carbs the past three days, my contest is on Saturday. I was wondering when should i carb-up?? Thursday, or Friday??, iknow it can take 48hrs to reach saturation, however this may lead to 'bloat'. I know i am still relatively "high" with carbs at...
DAY 1- Chest and Calvs
DAY 2- Back Shoulders and Abs
DAY 3- off
DAY 4 Arms
DAY 5 Legs Calves and Abs
then repeat
I do 4-5 sets of 4-5 exercises for each muscle group. For my large compound lifts i keep the reps around 8, and for the lighter isolation movements i have a rep range of 10-15.

Must be nice! For me its pretty much the opposite: if im not real strict on diet and cardio the mirror starts looking ****ty. That also makes it hard to gain though! I always want to but on lean dry mass so the slow bulk is my friend. If you get a minute you mind PM'ing me your general diet/supps and training? I've been bugging cam too, trying to gather info as I hope to compete in the future.
Hey man! I saw you in slo last weekend....At Firestone!! no a cheat meal was it? watch out they put hell of butter on the tri-tip bread!! Should have said hi i guess. Hows the prep comin?
things are going well on my end. just hitting the weights and trying to eat right. getting enough calories and such to keep putting on some mass. definitely hoping to get to where your at. so any competitions you got coming up or have already taken a part in recently?
I know...no school and I'm loving it. My life has been devoted to the gym. Dave told me tonight that I'm turning into a gym rat and then we went over to Marnie's tonight and he called me a muscle head. You would be so proud of me!
Yeah i caught a little something recently...its the worst getting sick cus you don't know if you should push through it or let yourself rest it out. Well I'm planning on heading over to Contra Costa at least for the evening show, so I'll get loud when you're onstage!
Thank you, hot stuff....I think you know what I'm talking about--letting the BodySpace world know I have good calves....calves that are a full inch bigger than yours! :)
HAHA that oprah comment is funny **** i manage a nutritional store and people were flooding in to buy that stuff when they heard about it on oprah im with u a 100% on that one bro......
