How I Started: I started because I hated being belittled by my larger older brother, and to help straighten out my back. As soon as I got a few complements I was hooked
Why I Love It: The harder you work, and the longer, you only can get better.
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing a strong body makes for a strong mind. Being around great lift buddies! Plus music helps like Rammstein/ Slipknot/ Disturbed, and Dope.

Between these photos of October 05'when i was 135lbs and the ones now me at 145, i suffered a 25lbs lost...i broke my leg above the akle. I had to regain the 25lbs and now ten more on that, but... Making legs days loathsum, and running just a pipe dream.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The "filler" the guy or girl that is there but does every thing half hearted. Takes up a lot of space comes in groups of five.

So i have been eating under 150g of carbs the past three days, my contest is on Saturday. I was wondering when should i carb-up?? Thursday, or Friday??, iknow it can take 48hrs to reach saturation, however this may lead to 'bloat'. I know i am still relatively "high" with carbs at...

Went great. Added 20lbs of msucle sicne last Aug. PEcs explored in size. And my strength gains are way up and lost 1.5 inches off my waist!! Great results!!

Hey man it hard to gain weight , I had that problem also. But you got super high lift numbers for your weight and a waist so slim it scary-to make up for it-so don't feel to bad!! You have to work to get it that small or was it small to start with?
