A New Year Is quickly approaching. No disrespect to ANYONE else... But 2010 IS MINE!!!
Got started by playing Football until out of HS. Started working out with college buddy and it stuck for a while. But then became complacent. Started back, saw results, started giving advice to others, started "off the books" personal training and was serious for a while... but fell off wagon again. NOW, I am Back In The Saddle and Ready to ride this one out...
Why I Love It:
For how it not only changes you on the outside, but it does something for you on the inside as well... For how it makes me feel. For how I look when I am in the shape that I love on myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Inner strength... Desire... Likeminded & goal oriented friends/family. Other success stories & pics. I want this to be my future profession (personal training). I also want to compete sooo bad...
BB Accomplishments:
None yet... But, I will tell you when I win my first competition.

Goal (Long):
Actually ALL of the "main goals"(in the drop down box) are relevant to my goal(s), even training for a sport(pick up bball w/friends again). FIRST AND FOREMOST... I want to be committed to this thing called Fitness "RELIGIOUSLY"... and stick with it. Secondly, I want to keep my status of good health(Thank God), and I know that havnig a fit body will assist in keeping my health that way. I want to live a healthier lifestyle. Third, I want to transform my body by losing fat and gaining muscle. Those two things will do a lot for my outward appearance but it will ALSO make me feel better on the inside (as a person) because I will know that I am doing my best to take care of the ONLY BODY THAT I HAVE by giving it the proper attention that it deserves. Lastly, but definitely not least, I want to show my daughter (as well as any other youth that I deal with) that through ALL of the above that we can reverse A LOT of the negative health factors that strike us a lot more than other races.
I will ALWAYS be inspired by "FIGHTERS" and this lady is one. I am pretty sure that others (who she has inspired) have said this as well, so I will cosign with them saying this: She told her physical obstacles TO MOVE OUT OF HER WAY and her goals TO MOVE IN... AWESOME is her spirit and look.
Simply put... HE IS DOING IT!!! He is inspiring me to step my game up and accomplish the look and goals that I desire through his dedication. Last (but not least) is his forum signature...
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Tyrese (actor/singer) and/or Columbus Short (actor-Stomp The Yard). ONLY b/c ladies like their physique. But, I want a little more size than they have.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
If I could take Dexter Jackson's weight and definition at my height... that would be perfect. I think that he has great size and density. Plus they don't call him "The Blade" for nothing...
Is it me... or is it that when a person (male or female) gain a certain level of fitness they ALL OF A SUDDEN become exhibitionist??? ;-) Not hating on anyone, but all of a sudden they become bikini models, poster girls, video girls, playgirl/boy models, etc... I guess the joy that he/she...
Well take it easy but be mindful of what you are putting into your body while you are scaling back your workout because once you feel better and are ready to hit it hard again you will be happy you did.
I am doing good I have been very diligent on getting my workout in still tweaking my diet. I weigh in on Friday mornings so hopefully I will see a difference this week...
Hah, PM what your training and diet are like now and we'll go over it and see what can be fixed, what to change, and the like. Will probably end up forwarding you a bunch of books so get ready for it.
LOL, or just give you the generic "TRAIN, EAT, SLEEP HARD!!!!" but eh, I'm a scientist about everything so ... we'll see.

Flu like symptoms... just caught up to me... I do Cardio in the am before work.. after work.. I train/lift for about another hour and half.. take care of family... plus its the season and my immune system just bit the dust. Better now friend. How are you doing?
