Completed my first online bodybuilding competition in Nov 2007 and now I want to do better in the competition in 2008. I finished 4th but by the end there was only 4 people left. I was ok finishing last because the guys I was competing against were really in great shape. I just felt like I could have done a bit better and I am going to blow everyone away with the gains I make this year!

So I finally started to feel better over the weekend....that was great because the kick off meeting for the fitness competition at work was Monday. It went well. I am on the Blue Team! It is the only team of guys (no-homo). One of the other teams name is the apple-bottom mommas!

Good luck to you too in 2008 and yep I am glad to be still motivated. I had a little setback but I am in it for life this time. I just really need to figure out the nutrition part lol

Can't wait. Last night I went to a local BB show and, Sox won game 6, met Victor Martinez and won a cruise vacation. Saturday was a great night. Can't wait to see what is in store tonight. Keep the faith.
