Hey Dante, give that water idea a try on cereal, with the protein powder. A BIG congrats on quitting smoking. I have found the working out is not the challenge, it's the clean eating! But I think the eating part is 50-75% of the factor in success. Took me a long time to learn that (I thought working out & "sort of" eating clean was sufficient).
