The start of accountability
You never really notice progress until you take a pic and look at it objectively. When I saw this one I shocked myself. 17% body fat and dropping. Really motivated, getting ready to hit it hard for even better results.

This is April 09, 2008 I'm down to 209. Working hard. The month was difficult as you can read in my body blog. But I up the cardio and now I'm shredding lbs. Should hit the 200 lb mark by May and be the lightest I've been since my sophomore year in high school!
