Reading these forums and seeing all the amazing transformations made me belive that I was capable of seeing those results for myself.
Why I Love It:

Started on Feb 24 at about 210lbs.( 26%bf) Today I was weighed and got my bf checked with calipers. Im at 186 lbs ( 181 when i wake up) and 18% bf. Im able to lift alot more and run 5 miles without any problem at all. The only problem Im having at the moment is all my clothes are falling off...
seeing results is so motivating keep working out and swiming, for me sticking to my workouts is Tough! how long its been since you started on this journey??
