How I Started:
I GOT STARTED WORKING OUT BACK IN 95 WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL. I JOINED THE AIR FORCE AND WAS RATHER SLIM I WEIGHTED ABOUT 160. I WAS IN FOR 10 YEARS AND MY WORK OUT WERE NOT REALLY STABLE JUST OFF AND ON NOW I WEIGHT 205 AND IM 5'8. IM NOT FAT ALL MY FRIENDS SAY IM PRETTY SOLID.

I LOVE WORKING OUT CAUSE ITS MY STRESS RELIEVER
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED BECAUSE I HAVE A SON THATS 9 AND HE IS INTO SPORTS. I DONT WANT HIM TO THINK IM LAZY, PLUS IM IN VEGAS AND THERE ARE GYMS EVERYWHERE

thank you! been a busy week- did sprint intervals, glutes, and quads yesterday. today is chest and biceps with a 5 mile run. trying to keep it mixed up!
