Pack at least 25 pounds of lean muscle and drop down in fat percentage
Goal (Long):
I've never been a health nut. A couple years ago I was 300 pounds with extremly high fat percentage. I've been doing good at losing weight the last two years and I'm ready to take it to the next level. I would like to be 250+ pounds at 8-9 pecent body fat. I feel like I can reach this goal within 2 years.

Too funny on the fat guy. I know the feeling. I think for the most part I need to keep hitting the short terms and keep the long term in mind. It's a long road but it was a long road that got me where I was to begin with..
I am a a loss with the cutting portion. In your pic you are showing good definition.What have you found to really help get tha extra fatty tissue off? I have a pretty strict diet and am always morphing my workout routine (30 mins of mixed cardio and mixed weights I drink abot a gallon plus of water a day. I do use supplements such as creatine monohydrate (no sugars) and whey protein Thanks again.I really appreciate the advice and knowledge of those who have succeeded like yourself.
