When I Started:
How I Started:
Dad brought home a pair of 15lb dumbbells when I was in 8th grade.. I was overweight at the time.. 5'8" 185lbs. I had 3 friends.. No one else would talk to me in school.. I was just another immigrant kid with limited social experiences who no one wanted to befriend..
I stopped feeling sorry for myself that day.. I knew the world wasn't fair, and I had to fight for my share of the pie.. Life is not for the weak, and there are no hand outs.. Even if there were, why would I take what I didn't earn?
Why I Love It:
It's a challenge everyday. Bodybuilding is a reflection of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never content.. Everyday I look in the mirror, I feel like the day I started. When I'm not training, others are.. When I'm eatting bad, others aren't.. Knowing this, I know I can't afford to slack off. THere are others out there just as hungry, if not more so, than I am. They are NOT to be underestimated.
BB Accomplishments:
I've learned to be a better man.

Thanks for adding me. I love San Francisco CA alot with the weather, food, people, culture,sp orts and lifestyle etc. Its just to expensive to live in the city nowadays. Now getting ready to prep my food and head to my ghetto gym today. Have a nice day. MJ
John, thank you very much for your motivational comments! Your inspiration and physique are solid models for me as I continue growing and defining. I admire the work you have done. Your hard work and commitment are obvious through your impressive results. Keep up the motivation my friend! I appreciate it! Chris
Well I am hoping to get that momentum and I don't plan to stop again. I want to get in shape and be healthy and stay that way for the rest of my life! And thank you for adding me!! :)
I was wondering if you could help me out on the eating part of training. I have a poor eating habbit and I need help. If you have time to help please do.
