How I Started:
By 2004 I was topping the scales just over 200lbs at ~5'5"! After seeing myself in a family video I realized I needed to do something about my weight once and for all.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to stay healthy and I enjoy doing it. It's fun knowing you have the ability to transform your body into something truly great.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals and watching family videos of my old self.

hey brother definately lower your carbs a little and up your fats but up them by eating nuts, flaxseed oil natural peanut butter and avacados that way your cals with jump up a little and you wont have to worry about the bloating from carbs also the fats you will be takin in for you are very good for you and naturally anabolic and naturaly increase your free testosterone levels good luck with all the bulking and thanks for your complements nice hearing from you, your friend industrialfreak
