Goal (Long):
Set the example as a high level trainer and inspire others along the way. Be consistent the next few years and obtain a pro card in bodybuilding. My dream is to be a professional.
no ****!!! i compete for 100% also haha. im waiting until january t compete again, since i just lifted nov 8th. give myself two months to go for those records i have my sights set on! good luck man let me know how training goes
thanks man. i usually give myself 3 or 4 days rest before i compete. i deadlift with back fridays, bench with chesto n mondays, so i usually hit my opener on those lifts b4 the comp. what federation will u compete under for this comp?
Yes I have considered competing in Figure but I am a single mom of two young kids and I work full time so right now it's hard for me to get to the gym twice a day and to organize my diet. This would be a goal for me in a couple of years for sure.
