Overall Goal: I have always been a distance runner and I never could have lots of muscle and so now i wanna be all muscle and be in the best shape to be a drill sgt.

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to bring my run time down from a 14 min 2 mile to a 13 min 2 mile and score over a 300 on a pt test so i can be an excellent drill sgt and be in the best shape of my life and i just wanna be all around super healthy im tired of worry about what i eat and never being muscular so hopefully i can get there i have a whole year on deployment to transform myself so we will see
I was just reading your overall goal and if you keep up with your fitness, especially the running, you will have no problem. Drill is a great goal, go for it!
hey there if you get this twice sorry. I am in intel and at hood in the ****ty state of texas. Not bad just can not stand the weather here. I was in the marines and got out to work on school. Now i am working on my masters which i should be done by the end of the year. Well take care and at least you should be warming up soon. Talk to you later.
Just wanted to say be safe out there and make sure you get back to the states safe too. Was there in the marines and was not that bad liked better then iraq well take care.
