Why I like this video: GymJones.com has become a site that i visit often. They are no excuses sort of guys, and I'm an excuse kinda of guy that is trying to eliminate the excuses, I like to read some of their essays once a week, it sets you on the right path. Plus they sort of bring back this inner child fun way of working out, it's hard, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be thrilling fun.
In 06 and early 07, I spent much of the year in a hospital. And now I want to change my body and give myself the gift of health and strenght. The following workout is my foundation workout for 07.

You know Mozz, to be honest with you I dont even do squats. I think that when people go heavy the form gets so poor that people dont even see what they are doing to their body internally! My suggestion to you is to really work on your form on all other principle lifts that dont involve the lower back as an element of strength! Something like heavy leg presses pausing the bottom and exploding the contractions! Pm me if you want further details
ya i know how you feel its like were batting our own body's it sucks soo bad that i see my friends liftin for like 6 weeks and gettin huge and it takes me soo much longer
ya my arms dont gain to quick either...i get very fast gains in my back...my arms were stuck at 12 inches from along time and i just got up to 13inches..supplements that have helped me alot are Nitrix,No Xpode and Cell Mass..right now i am trying muscletechs new product Aplodan...ive only been taking it for days and can already see alot of strength gains
thats great...i started back in may and so far ive gained about 30lbs and 6 inches in my chest along with 3 inches in my arms....also gained about 4incehs in my quads....my waist however has stayed the same...i am an extremly hard gainer and my bodyfat his never gone past 7%
Hey Mozz what's up! How's Jersey? Post your workout so we can see what your doing or gonna' do. Get some start pics up and weights your throwing around. "That which is not measured cannot be surpassed"- not sure who said that but it's huge to break through previously recorded numbers. Get back at me...
Hey Mozz! What's up? Get a work out posted so we can see what your plan is. Cutting here right now but I know a hell of alot about gaining weight fast. Just not the healthy way Lol!!! How's Jersey?
