How I Started:
I was a gestational diabetic when I was pregnant with my daughter. As a result, I came out of my pregnancy weighing 190 lbs! I began slowly, slightly cutting calories, walking, trying to be healthier. I started working out in earnest (weights, cardio, diet, supplements) in October of 2006.
Why I Love It:
The high I get post workout. My husband finding me attractive again.
Get back into shape following my second pregnancy. I'll be breastfeeding as well, so I'll face additional challenges.
Goal (Long):
To be able to fit into my prepregnancy clothing in three months and still be able to breastfeed. I'd like to put a bit more muscle than I had before, particularly in my abs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
