Thank you!! I haven't competed. It's just a fun hobby for me. I haven't ruled that out someday but by the time I decide to do a show I'll have to put myself in the senior citizen class. LOL.

I like it. As far as an NO product it doesn't screw up my stomach like NO-Xplode and Super Pump 250 do. Decent energy boost from it too. I take it pre-workout along with Green Mag. I use Purple Wrath during my WO.

I liked the gains I had. I am a lot stronger than when I started. I didn't put on a lot of weight but I kept my diet clean and didn't really up my food intake much.
